Penn State Trustee Ken Frazier has never wavered in his unconditional support of the Freeh report and its findings, even going so far as to compare Freeh report doubters to people who believe the O.J. Simpson verdict was correct.
It all went down yesterday in Hershey during one of the Board of Trustees committee meetings, where Frazier was confronted by board candidate Bill Cluck, a Harrisburg lawyer. Cluck -- like many Penn Staters (and Bob Costas) -- questioned some of the conclusions Freeh reached in the report and commented that the document would not hold up legally in court, much to the chagrin of the fiery Frazier.

Penn State's Kinesiology Club is hosting their 13th annual 5K Challenge at 10:00 a.m. this Sunday, March 17 starting in front of the Business Building Lawn. Registration is $15 and you can turn in your form and money on race day from 8:30-9:30 a.m. or to the Kines Department in 270 Rec Hall. The first 150 people who register are eligible for a free T-shirt.

A strong start was not enough to stop Penn State's season from coming to an end at the hands of the No. 6 Michigan Wolverines in the first round of the Big Ten tournament at the United Center in Chicago. The 5th-seeded Wolverines (26-6, 13-6) quickly overcame a 14-3 deficit to defeat the Nittany Lions (10-21, 2-17) 83-66.
