It’s early Sunday morning after the final Saturday night of Penn State’s Spring semester, and on frat row one would expect to see all the walk-of-shamers making their way back one more time before the summer; but instead something quite different is happening.
As the school year comes to a close, it is time for the majority of us to pack up and head back home for the summer. Don't fret, this is an experience full of both pros and cons.
Beginning tomorrow at 3 p.m., IM Field West will be transformed from a site of sporting events and Penn State tailgates into an enormous music festival. Before this FREE daylong concert takes place though, there are a few things everyone should be well aware of:
At Homecoming's annual Legacy Celebration in the HUB earlier this afternoon, the Alumni Relations Committee announced that Anne Ard would serve as the honorary grand marshal for the Homecoming parade this fall.
Ard has served as the Executive Director of the Centre County Women's Resource Center for 16 years. She has also served as the Chair of the Centre County Domestic and Sexual Violence Task Force on the Criminal Justice Advisory Board.
The number of quarterbacks on Penn State's roster just decreased by one. According to a GoPSUSports release, sophomore signal-caller Steven Bench has been granted a release to transfer from the Nittany Lion program when the semester concludes on May 3rd.
It's official: Tim Frazier will return to the Nittany Lions roster for the 2013-2014 season.
