Police: Activity Over Arts Festival Weekend Down ‘Substantially;’ More Details on Issah’s Arrest Emerge

The State College Police received 100 less calls between Wednesday and Sunday than they did during the 2012 Arts Festival. Police say the activity was down significantly on Wednesday and Thursday, Friday was busy and Saturday and Sunday were standard.
