Sandusky Appeal Denied By Superior Court

Jerry Sandusky's appeal of the 45 counts of child sexual abuse he was convicted of last year was denied by the Superior Court of Pennsylvania today. Sandusky was sentenced to 30 to 90 years for the abuse, which took place between 1995 and 2008. The appeal argued that the sentence should be reversed based on four points of contention with the trial.
