Having never been to an IHOP before, I awaited it's arrival to dear old State College with apprehension and excitement. After push back upon push back it seemed like we were doomed to be IHOP-less forever. But then suddenly, and without warning, "poof". It appeared.
According to design plans, the first and second floors, designated for retail and commerical space, will have large glass windows. There will be an open courtyard on the third floor of the building. The next seven floors will be for student housing, with non-student housing planned for the next two floors. The 12th floor will host non-student housing and event space. The building will also have a multi-level internal parking garage.
The Penn State football team put together another solid academic performance during the Fall 2013 semester, with nearly 50 squad members earning at least a 3.0 grade-point average, according to Penn State. The total includes three student athletes with a perfect 4.0 GPA.
