Penn State School of Music Chamber Orchestra: Music Worth Sharing
While walking through the HUB earlier this week, you may been surprised to hear the sounds of Mozart and Beethoven over the bustling crowd. It was all part of a TEDxPSU promotion that allowed students to step up on the conductor’s stage and guide the Penn State School of Music Chamber Orchestra right in the middle of ground floor HUB.
Dozens of impromptu maestros directed the symphony for most of two hours, which you can see parts of in the video below. The 2014 TEDxPSU annual conference is set for March 2 with an impressive list of 14 speakers.
