Former NFL Player to Open Fitness Franchise in State College

Juqua Parker, who spent 12 seasons in the NFL with the Philadelphia Eagles, Tennessee Titans, and Cleveland Browns, is set to open a Power Train Fitness franchise in State College on May 16.
