Throughout the past two weeks, the ALS Ice Bucket Challenge has taken the internet by storm and flooded all of our newsfeeds. Penn Staters everywhere have taken advantage of this opportunity to raise funds and awareness for ALS, commonly known as Lou Gehrig’s disease. Homecoming Court nominations are now open. Any student can nominate another student or university affiliate. Homecoming week begins September 20th.
On August 13, Penn State made the switch to an all-digital signal which drastically improved the channel selection for students living on campus. Students will now have access to 95 HD channels, 120 SD channels, and 50 digital music channels thanks to the conversion.
