Sexual Assault Reported On College Avenue

A sexual assault that reportedly occurred Friday at 11:15 p.m. on West College Avenue by the Hammond Building was reported to police.

According to the release, the victim, a student, was thrown to the ground by an unknown male where he sexually assaulted her and fled toward Allen Street. The suspect was described as a 5-foot-6, college-aged white male with blonde hair, a full beard, and muscular build. He was wearing a button-down shirt at the time of the reported assault.

Those with information should call Penn State Police at 814-863-1111, or submit a tip anonymously at police.psu.edu. Information that leads to an arrest could result in a $1,000 reward, according to the release.
