Community Content: Bring Uber to Happy Valley

Tired of making the long trek up to Beaver Stadium on game day? Miss the White Loop and need a safe, reliable way home? This is your chance to stand up for what you deserve and send a message to your elected officials that all Pennsylvanians need access to uberX ridesharing.

Over the next two weeks, the Pennsylvania House and Senate have the opportunity to give riders across the state access to uberX by passing legislation that establishes common sense regulations for ridesharing. By signing this petition you will be helping Pennsylvania embrace an innovative, economic opportunity.

If you’re new to uberX and have questions, we’ve got answers! In the United States, our ridesharing service, uberX, offers Uber reliability with prices that are cheaper than a taxi. Our uberX driver partners have mid-range or hybrid vehicles in a variety of colors and styles, with seating for up to four passengers. To maintain the Uber standard you expect, all driver partners must undergo Uber’s rigorous screening process.

We’re proud to be providing safe and affordable transportation options to over 600,000 students this year, and look forward to offering Penn Staters an easier means getting around Happy Valley.

Support uberX across all of PA! Sign the petition here: action.uber.org/PA
