We decided to help out all the newbs again by giving you a refreshed and updated list of how to make your first THON experience the best it can be. At tonight's UPUA meeting, the assembly will tackle something that transcends pink elephant balloons or Movin' On ice cream socials: a complete assembly overhaul.

With the announcement that Penn State Transportation Services will now fund the late night CATA White Loop, the time is right to tell the story of how late night White Loop service came to be and to recognize the multiple parties that played a role in its success.
