With April being Sexual Assault Awareness month, UPUA, along with the help of numerous other organizations, has organized over a dozen events to help raise sexual violence awareness at Penn State. Events include everything from Chipotle fundraisers for the Centre County Women's Resource Center, to the "Walk a Mile in Her Shoes" exercise, and additionally, each day UPUA will be at tables at the HUB to help raise awareness.

Student filmmakers will have a chance to showcase their work to a local crowd as part of the annual Blue & White Film Festival. The festival, held Saturday April 25 at 7 p.m. at the State Theatre, is run by the Penn State Student Film Organization, and is currently taking submissions on its website.
