Penn State Makes Slight Adjustment To Football Uniform

Penn State made a slight change to its iconic football uniform, and no, the colors pink and black won’t be implemented.

The jerseys will now feature a — gasp! — slight alteration to the trim, opting for a new, sleeker look that’s been featured on a number of Nike-sponsored uniforms recently. While the change isn’t drastic, it’s a change nonetheless — and that word hasn’t exactly been synonymous with Penn State football over the course of history.

The look was unveiled during Penn State Football Media Day 2015, with players showcasing their new digs at Beaver Stadium during Media Day’s interview session. Here are a few glimpses of the updated jersey:

Some might embrace the change, while others will not.

If you’re part of the latter crowd, all I can ask is that you REMAIN CALM.
