Domestic Dispute Becomes Fatal For The Second Time This Semester

For the second time this semester, the State College Police Department responded to a domestic dispute that turned fatal. At around 1:00 p.m. at the 400 block of Gerald Street, a dispute between a husband and wife left the woman fatally stabbed, according to the State College Police Department’s media release.

Upon the officer’s arrival, the female was found in a vehicle in the parking lot with serious injuries. She was transported to Mount Nittany Medical Center, where she was later pronounced dead due to her injuries. The male involved in the dispute was located on the scene and taken into custody for questioning.

More information will be released by the State College Police Department as soon as it becomes available. No word yet on the woman’s identity or if either party was a student.
