StateCollege.com Introduces State College’s Most Comprehensive Apartment Guide

Finding housing can be one of the most stressful parts of college. On top of schoolwork, socializing, and undergrad life in general, it’s a daunting task.

Luckily, the StateCollege.com Apartment Guide has made this process a little easier. The guide has 119 apartment buildings listed, conveniently compiled in a search engine with features like the ability to select move-in date, amenities, max price, and number of bedrooms. The site gives you the option of browsing by either property or management company, so you can be as specific or broad as you want. The nearby apartments map shows you options in any desired location, and you can check updated availability by building at any time.

Floor plans and photos of the apartments are all available. The ever-elusive links to apartment company websites and forms to directly contact apartment owners and realtors are also on the site. Popular apartment companies like The Apartment Store, Associated Realty Property Management (ARPM), Calder Commons, GN Associates and the Meridian are all listed on the site.

It is the most complete and comprehensive list of State College apartment information on the internet, and it’s easy to use. Check it out if you want to make your search for next year’s housing a somewhat pleasant experience.
