[Video] Mike The Mailman: The Ride Is Over

After exactly 48 years of work at the on-campus USPS post office, beloved Mike “The Mailman” Herr will retire on April 1.

He spent his time at Penn State with a mission — to make every student or faculty member’s visit to the post office a fun and stress-free experience. “Life is a holiday,” Herr said. “Just enjoy it! That’s what I’ve done.”
