Class Gift Campaign Invites University Community To Submit 2017 Gift Proposals

With every senior class comes another class gift. This year, the Class Gift Campaign is encouraging students, staff, faculty, and alumni to submit proposals for the Class of 2017’s gift to the university.

Some of the most recent class gifts include the Class of 2013’s “We Are” sculpture, the HUB’s Green Roof Terrace from the Class of 2014, and a solar panel array from the Class of 2015. The Class of 2016 chose to provide funding for Center for Counseling and Psychological Services.

Gift proposals can be submitted on the class gift website. Submissions will be accepted until 11:59 p.m. on September 16. A committee of Penn State students, staff, and faculty will review all of the proposals and select three final options. Seniors will then have the chance to vote for their choice this fall on the website.
