Penn State Football Players React As New Lasch Locker Room Is Revealed

by Ben Jones

Penn State football starts training camp on Thursday afternoon and the Nittany Lions finally have a new locker room to call home.

Players stormed the door to the newly renovated locker room just over 9 PM on Wednesday following the first team meeting of the season. The upgrades are just a part of Penn State’s $12 million renovation project to the Lasch Building and an additional $7.7 million in branding upgrades around the team complex.

Penn State also recently resurfaced the practice facility field at Holuba Hall, reorienting the field to fit 100-yards instead of two smaller fields.

The reveal wasn’t open to the media, but plenty of players and staff members tweeted out photos, videos and reactions.
