Aggravated Assault Reported Near Nittany Apartments

A male in a black four door sedan pointed a hand gun at pedestrians near the intersection of McKean Road and Bigler Road between 10:30 p.m. and 10:33 p.m. on August 20.

A witnessed described the male, who was the front passenger in the sedan,¬†as a black man in a baseball cap. While he was pointing the gun at pedestrians near the Nittany Apartment complex, he told them to “be careful.” The witness could not provide any further description.
