We Want To See Your Vintage Penn State Apparel

Go downtown on any weekend of the school year and you’ll likely see a string of parents, students, and families shopping for the latest swag. Who can blame them? The lure of blue and white in window displays scattered across College Avenue is sometimes too hard to resist.

As fun as it is to buy the latest T-shirts, hats, and Nittany Lion ear bands, sometimes the best Penn State apparel isn’t hung on a rack downtown — it’s sitting in a box in the back of your parents’ closet.

Whether you’re an alum with a collection of Penn State gear, a student with your dad’s old jacket, or anything in between, we want to hear from you. Any accessory or item of clothing with a vintage Penn State logo, font, or slogan on it will do.

Pleas send all submissions to [email protected] and include the following:

  • Your name
  • Your graduation year
  • A photo of your apparel
  • Any additional information about the apparel you’d like to share pertaining your apparel. If you purchased it yourself, let us know when (don’t worry, you can make an educated guess). If not, where did you get it from?

We look forward to seeing your apparel!
