State College Borough Council To Discuss Property Maintenance Code, UPUA Urges Student Attendance

The State College Borough Council will discuss a proposed change to the Nuisance Property Ordinance this evening that would limit the number of people that could be in a fenced-in area at any given time in the Borough. UPUA is strongly urging the council to vote against this amendment, but also strongly urging students to come to the meeting tonight to fight the proposed change.
