10 members of Beta Theta Pi charged in the death of Timothy Piazza case were arraigned on Friday at the Centre County Courthouse in Bellefonte. Eight others will be arraigned next week.

Rather, the Grand Jury concludes that Timothy Piazza died as a direct result of the extremely reckless conduct of the Beta Theta Pi Fraternity who operated within the permissive atmosphere fostered b the Pennsylvania State University Interfraternity Council,” the presentment reads.
