James Franklin Calls For Happy Valley-Wide White Out
Since every game is a White Out to James Franklin, the actual White Out had to go one step further this year. He tweeted a declaration Tuesday to make “all of Happy Valley…UNITE IN WHITE.”

If you’re heading to the game and hopefully, College GameDay, you were probably already planning on wearing white anyway. But, if you’re working next weekend or simply not that invested in football, it’s time to pull out the “white vest,” “white aprons,” and “white scrubs.” Whatever you’re doing or wherever you are for the game, Franklin wants you in white.
State College already moonlights as City of THON for a couple days during the year, but if Franklin has it his way next weekend, State College might actually be the City of White.
