[WATCH] Centre County DA Stacy Parks Miller Announces New Charges In Beta Theta Pi Case
Centre County District Attorney Stacy Parks Miller announced that 17 former Beta Theta Pi brothers, including 12 new defendants, will be charged for their roles in the death of Beta Theta Pi pledge Tim Piazza.
The charges stem from the emergence of the footage from deleted tapes that was recently recovered by State College Police.
“We believe…that people could see serious bodily injury and death from the culmination of this behavior,” Parks Miller said of the new involuntary manslaughter charges.
