The Smeal College of Business and Penn State’e Net Impact chapter will host the fourth annual Smeal Citizenship Conference on Wednesday, April 4 at the Business Building.

Matt Carstens, senior vice president of the Land O’Lakes SUSTAIN business unit, will be the keynote speaker at the event, which is expected to host more than 1,500 freshman and sophomores from Smeal.
