On our second collaborative episode with Cole Hons of the Huck Institute of Life Sciences’ Symbiotic Podcast, Podward State hosts Matt Ogden and Matthew Paolizzi are joined by Andrew Read and Catharine Paules to discuss their roles as members of Penn State’s coronavirus task force.
Read is the director of the Huck Institutes of Life Sciences and Evan Pugh Professor of Biology and Entomology, studying the ecology and evolutionary genetics of infectious disease.
Paules is an assistant professor and M.D. at Milton S. Hershey Medical Center who has been on the front lines working with coronavirus patients and researching possible therapeutic treatments.
