SPA To Host Kesha For Virtual Concert April 2

Penn State’s Student Programming Association (SPA) will host pop singer-songwriter Kesha for a free virtual concert at 8 p.m. on Friday, April 2.

SPA is working with WPSU Radio to stream the concert. Students will receive access to the concert link upon signing up and reserving their spot using this form.

Kesha is a Grammy-nominated singer-songwriter who’s earned two No. 1 albums, four number one songs, ten top 10 singles, and more than a billion views on YouTube. Her third album, “Rainbow,” and her latest album, “High Road,” both achieved critical acclaim by Billboard. Additionally, Kesha has written songs for Ariana Grande, Britney Spears, Miley Cyrus, and The Veronicas.

Aside from music, Kesha released a cruelty-free makeup line, Kesha Rose Beauty. She also became the first global ambassador of the Humane Society International.

Kesha’s performance is free for students and funded by their student-initiated fee. Students will need to verify themselves using their Penn State IDs before entering the virtual event.
