State College elections are nearly always decided in the Democratic primary. It’s likely these three candidates will be elected to serve on the Borough Council come November.
The event will start at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday, May 25, at the State College Municipal Building.
Although vote counts remain unofficial, Nanes has, so far, amassed 1,690 votes (66.5%), giving him a nearly two-to-one margin over Jim Leous.
