Originally, Tagliaferri was set to return to Penn State next fall using her extra year of eligibility -- a decision made alongside fellow captains Kerry Abello and Sam Coffey.
The Biglerville, Pa., native is a three-time state finalist and captured his first title at 145 pounds just this year.
State College elections are nearly always decided in the Democratic primary. It’s likely these three candidates will be elected to serve on the Borough Council come November.
The event will start at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday, May 25, at the State College Municipal Building.
