THON Special To Air On Philadelphia’s 6ABC, Affiliated Stations

“THON – 50 Years For The Kids,” a 30-minute special highlighting Penn Staters’ favorite dance marathon, will broadcast on Philadelphia’s 6ABC at 7 p.m. on Saturday, February 19. The television program will highlight THON’s mission and how it raises money for the Four Diamonds Fund to help fight pediatric cancer at Penn State’s Hershey Medical Center.

Working with Nittany Game Week’s Jay Paterno, 6ABC and a handful of affiliate stations will stream the program across New York City, Pittsburgh, Harrisburg, Scranton, and State College. By airing across these stations, the program is expected to reach 11% of all homes nationwide.

Here’s a full list of participating stations that’ll air the special at 7 p.m. on February 19:

  • Philadelphia, PA: WPVI ABC 6
  • New York, NY: WABC ABC 7
  • Pittsburgh, PA: WTAE ABC 4
  • Harrisburg/York/Lancaster, PA: WHTM ABC 27
  • Wilkes-Barre/Scranton, PA: WNEP2 Antenna TV
  • State College/Altoona/Johnstown, PA: WATM ABC 23

If you’re hoping to watch from outside these areas, you can watch the live stream on 6ABC’s website.
