Allen Street Pizza Opens In Downtown State College
Allen Street Pizza, a new pizza shop downtown, has officially opened for business.
The restaurant, located at 128 S. Allen Street in the former location of Jersey Mike’s, opened its doors on Sunday. Jersey Mike’s moved to a new location on South Atherton Street in the Hills Plaza shopping center last summer.
Aside from pizza, the shop’s menu features wings, breadsticks, and fries. The pizza toppings range from classics such as buffalo and cheese to traditional Indian flavors including veggie vindaloo. The menu also features an “Everyday Special,” which consists of any two pizza slices, breadsticks, and a fountain drink for $7.
The owners of Allen Street Pizza also own College Pizza, which is located at 128 Locust Lane.
Allen Street Pizza joins a long list of pizza joints in State College, including Canyon Pizza, Faccia Luna, Snap Pizza, and more.
