[Photo Story] Penn State vs. Central Michigan
It was a great week to go 1-0.
In case you missed it, Penn State football overpowered Central Michigan en route to a 33-14 victory. Despite an iffy first half, the Nittany Lions stood tall for a second-half shutout of the Chippewas that included sacks, fumbles, and more.
Our photographers were on the field Saturday to bring you all the action from the Nittany Lions’ latest win.
It was all love for the Nittany Lions as they made their way into Beaver Stadium Saturday morning.
Despite a noon kick, the student section showed out and showed up. Even Chad Powers made an appearance (on a banner, of course).
The defense showed up in a huge way and didn’t allow Central Michigan to put up a single point in the second half.
The offense also had its fair share of positive moments, too.
Always FTK! The gold ribbon S-Zone and helmet stickers made an appearance in honor of Penn State’s annual THON Game.
Another week, another W.
