[Photo Story] THON 2023 Family Carnival And Logo Reveal

Families and friends of THON gathered at the Multi-Sport Facility on Sunday for the annual Family Carnival, which concluded with THON 2023’s “Foster The Magic” logo reveal.

From face painting competitions to duck-duck-goose, magic was definitely in the air.

The day started with lots of fun games and races under the bright carnival parachute.

Participants of the face painting competition were focused on painting the perfect under-the-sea creatures.

Some games got pretty intense and competitive.

After hours of activities, the THON 2023 “Foster The Magic” logo reveal began. And what’s a THON event without a t-shirt toss and lots of singing and dancing?

THON Executive Director Lily Pevoto introduced the Bush family. Sydney Bush has been cancer free for 15 years and shared her story and gave many thanks to the THON community and Four Diamonds.

The “Foster The Magic” design, created by graphic design captain Kyle O’Keeffe, is based on a fairy tale written by pediatric cancer child Christopher Millard, titled “Four Diamonds.”
