University Police Receive Report Of Stalking At HUB

Penn State University Police received a report of stalking at the HUB just before 6 p.m. on Thursday, according to a timely warning sent out by the university. The alleged incident began at 5:20 p.m.

According to the email, the victim went to use the bathroom and then reported to police that the suspect recorded them in the restroom. The victim would later return to the bathroom and the same thing happened, leading to a confrontation that saw the victim get struck in the face, the report reads.

The suspect fled the area and police are currently investigating. According to the timely warning, the suspect is a 5’10” Black male who is bald, has brown eyes, and is roughly 50 years old.
