Blue Car Wins 2023 THON ‘Car Race’

Everyone’s favorite THON game is back, folks. That’s right — the car race!

After a slow start, the blue car edged rival red car in a tightly contested race at the Bryce Jordan Center in front of an electric group of participants.

The red car appeared to be in an early lead in sections 103 to 108, but the blue car eventually surpassed the red car, reaching section 114 just in time and therefore winning the race, much to the delight of the crowd.

The race, which took place at around 12:45 a.m. Saturday, brought life to the BJC during the graveyard hours.
