‘Night Of Remembrance’ Vigil Set For April 27 To Honor Students Who Passed Away

This year’s Night of Remembrance vigil will be held at 6 p.m. on Thursday, April 27, at Old Main. The vigil will serve as a place for students, families, and community members to gather to honor the students at all Penn State campuses who died this academic year.

You can submit a heartfelt message here, which can include stories, memories, or messages of hope. Some will be read aloud at the vigil, while others will be shared with the students’ families. Candles will be provided.

University Park Undergraduate Association (UPUA), the Council of Commonwealth Student Governments, the Graduate and Professional Student Association, and the World Campus Student Government collaborated to put on this event.

If weather conditions are poor, the vigil will either be held at the Pasquerilla Spiritual Center or live-streamed.
