Center Midfielder Conrad Brady Commits To Penn State Men’s Soccer

Penn State men’s soccer head coach Jeff Cook completed his 2023 recruiting class Wednesday with the signing of center midfielder Conrad Brady.

Brady, an MLS Next player, is the final member of the Nittany Lions’ 11-person recruiting class.

“Conrad Brady will be an important addition to our program,” Cook said in a release. “He arrives in Happy Valley with a pedigree as a youth player with the Philadelphia Union Academy and Bethesda Soccer Club, in addition to the success he enjoyed at Landon School. Conrad has a high level of game understanding and plays with great commitment, qualities that will serve him well as he transitions to NCAA Division I soccer. We are excited to welcome him to Penn State!”

Brady, a Bethesda, Maryland, native, has plenty of high-level experience following his five-season stint with Bethesda Soccer Club within the MLS Next league. He’s also rostered with the Philadelphia Union Academy and FC Delco.

During school ball, Brady’s career with the Landon School included back-to-back Interstate Athletic Conference (IAC) Championships and All-IAC Co-Player of the Year honors.

According to Sports Recruits, the central midfielder is 5’7″ and 142 pounds. He’ll join Freddie Bell, Conor Clair, Ben Madore, Caden Grabfelder, Tyler Flynn, and Samson Kpardeh in the midfield within the Class of 2023.
