Five tickets can be purchased for $5 or 25 tickets for $25. Proceeds from the events will support local nonprofits by way of the Rotary Club’s annual grants.

The Ice Cream Festival will feature samples and treats from Pelican’s SnoBalls, Vale Wood Farms, Ritchey’s Dairy, Meyer Dairy, Cold Stone Creamery, Sunset Slush, Wegman’s, and Trader Joe’s.

In addition to a sweet slate of ice cream options, the Ice Cream Festival will mediate a “Dilly Bar Eating Contest” between the State High, Bald Eagle, and Penn Valley football teams. Folks in attendance can also participate in face painting, balloon twisting, kazoo making, meet and greets with the Penn State basketball teams, and more throughout the day.

More information about the festival can be found on the Rotary Club’s Facebook page.
