No. 12 Penn State Football Opens As 21-Point Favorite Against Michigan State

For its last game of the regular season, Penn State is once again the favorite.

After another victory against Rutgers, the Nittany Lions will hit the road for their final contest of the regular season. After covering against the Scarlet Knights by just half a point, the Nittany Lions are 8-3 against the spread on the season. However, another scoring drought on both sides of the ball caused the over to be missed for the fifth time this year.

Next on the Nittany Lions’ schedule during rivalry week is the Michigan State Spartans in the battle for the magnificent Land Grant Trophy. According to FanDuel, the Nittany Lions are 21-point favorites in the regular-season finale. The matchup also has an over-under set at 42.5 points.

So far this season, Michigan State is 5-5-1 against the spread and 5-6 while playing toward the over-under.

In their last 10 matchups with the Spartans, the Nittany Lions are a disappointing 4-6 head-to-head and an abysmal 3-6-1 against the spread, per Odds Shark. However, Penn State has gone 2-1 against Michigan State in the last three games, along with a 1-1-1 record against the spread.

The game will kick off at 7:30 p.m. on Friday, November 24, at Ford Field in Detroit, Michigan. Folks can tune in to Penn State’s last regular season game on NBC.
