Man Accused Of Watching Porn & Exposing Himself In Pattee Library

A man was arrested on Wednesday by Penn State Police for allegedly watching pornography and exposing himself in Pattee Library.

According to the affidavit of probable cause filed by Penn State Police, around 9:20 p.m., on-duty officers received word that a man was watching pornographic material on a library computer. The man was identified as 35-year-old Brandon Taylor.

Another officer on the scene also spoke to the victim, who said that she had logged Taylor into the library computer using her credentials, and later observed him watching pornographic material. She then told officers that Taylor approached her, pulled out his penis, and asked her to perform oral sex.

Police also wrote that Taylor, who is listed as homeless, is a registered sex offender in New Hampshire and didn’t register with the Pennsylvania State Police.

Taylor is charged with a felony count of failing to comply with registration requirements, misdemeanor counts of indecent exposure and harassment, and a summary count of disorderly conduct.

Taylor was unable to post bail, which was set at 10% of $22,500. He is detained at the Centre County Correctional Facility.
