Your Guide To THON 2024 Eats

If you’re heading to THON Weekend over the next two days, it’s important to remember that outside food is prohibited from entering the Bryce Jordan Center.

During your time at THON, you’ll likely need a bite to eat over the event’s 46-hour duration. Luckily, the arena has expanded its concession menu ahead of this weekend’s spectacle.

Let’s take a look at the dining options within the Bryce Jordan Center beginning Friday evening.

In total, the Bryce Jordan Center is home to 11 different concession stands throughout its concourse. Each destination is roughly three portal entrances apart, beginning with Auntie Anne’s and ending with Chickie’s & Pete’s.

Here’s a complete list of the concession destinations for THON Weekend:

  • Auntie Anne’s, Portal 2
  • Center Court, Portal 6
  • Grab & Go, Portal 9
  • House of Hoagies, Portal 10
  • Pick & Roll, Portal 14
  • Nuts 4 You / Dippin’ Dots, Portal 19
  • Fast Break, Portal 21
  • Pizza Den, Portal 24
  • Cheese House, Portal 27
  • PSU Creamery, Portal 30
  • Chickie’s & Pete’s, Portal 33

Among the selections, Pizza Den and Cheese House are available as new options from last year’s selection. Aside from serving hot dogs, fries, and cheeseburgers, Pizza Den carries Italian sausage and Donna Italia pizza.

At Cheese House, located outside Portal 27, attendees can purchase a variety of cheese-infused items. The stand offers grilled cheese sandwiches, mac and cheese, tomato soup, Oh Snap! pickles, and Utz chips.

If grilled or fried food isn’t for you, House of Hoagies offers cold subs outside of Portal 10.

Each sandwich is $10 and includes a bag of chips. Attendees can choose from a variety of cold toppings, cheeses, and condiments to complete their meal.

Pick & Roll, a newly introduced grab-and-go eatery by Portal 14, will make its THON debut this weekend. To enter, just swipe your credit card and exit with the items of your choice.

The wall of refrigerators carries a wide selection of juices, teas, and caffeinated beverages. Additionally, smaller snacks, ranging from ice cream sandwiches to fruit cups, are also available for purchase.

For general, cheaper concession items, head to Fast Break outside Portal 21. There, attendees can purchase nachos, candy, soft pretzels, and popcorn. The stand offers bottled water, Propel, Gatorade, and soda, too.
