[Photo Story] Celebrating Independence Day At 4th Fest

The annual Central PA 4th Fest made a fabulous return this year, providing loads of Independence Day festivities for the State College community. Held in and around Medlar Field, this year’s 4th Fest featured live music, entertainment, food vendors, kids’ activities, and a multitude of other attractions to enjoy.

During the day, people gathered on Curtin Road in their patriotic attire to celebrate with food and activities. The street was filled with vendors who had everything to offer from free hot dogs to ice cream and fresh lemonade.

The 4th Fest Car Show was held alongside Curtin Road, featuring dozens of cars for viewing.

No better way to end America’s birthday than a fireworks show over Medlar Field.
