In the Penn State Classic against Yale and James Madison, Starck helped propel the Nittany Lions to victory by leading the team to .351 hitting. Penn State only surrendered one set against Yale in the tournament, and Starck was named to the All-Tournament Team.

After falling to No. 4 in the AVCA rankings, Starck and the Nittany Lions will face Purdue and Michigan State in the coming week.
