Cosm To Display Penn State-Ohio State Matchup

Cosm, a highly immersive shared reality viewing experience in Los Angeles and Dallas, will showcase this Saturday’s massive bout between No. 3 Penn State and No. 4 Ohio State. Cosm broke ground in late 2022 with the mission of providing an all-new, incredibly unique way to experience live events.

Cosm’s Los Angeles location in Hollywood Park opened to the public on June 29 with the Dallas location quickly following suit, welcoming fans on August 31.

Cosm is separated into three sections named “The Dome”, “The Hall”, and “The Deck”. The main spectacle, “The Dome,” is where the game will be shown, which Cosm described as “more than just a front-row seat to your favorite sporting or entertainment event” on its website.

“When you’re in The Dome, you’re completely immersed,” the company wrote. “Our revolutionary technology makes you feel like you’re courtside at an NBA game or traveling to a world beyond your own.”

The sporting events that Cosm predominantly displays include NFL, college football, Premier League, and MLB games. Recently, fans in Los Angeles flocked to the Cosm theater in Hollywood Park to watch the Dodgers take a 3-0 World Series lead on the New York Yankees.

While other Big Ten matchups like Ohio State at Oregon have already captivated fans this year, this marks Penn State’s first time grazing the Cosm screens. The game will be shown at both “The Dome” and “The Hall”.

In addition to ESPN’s College Gameday and FOX’s Big Noon Kickoff both making appearances for pregame festivities on Saturday, Cosm increases the massive matchup’s nationwide coverage. All eyes will be on Happy Valley on Saturday as the Nittany Lions kick off at noon on FOX.

Tickets are now on sale for folks in Los Angeles and Dallas.
