Penn State football’s do-it-all tight end Tyler Warren has been named one of three finalists for the 2024 Hornung Award. This award is given annually to the most versatile player in college football.

Warren has been the Nittany Lions’ most impactful offensive weapon this season. The senior tight end leads the team in receiving with 606 yards on 51 receptions. He has scored a rushing, receiving, and passing touchdown this season, totaling four touchdowns on the year.

The Penn State tight end was joined by Louisville running back Isaac Brown and Colorado’s Travis Hunter. The 2023 Hornung Award was previously awarded to Hunter, who plays both wide receiver and cornerback for the Buffaloes.

Warren is set to retake the stage at 8 p.m. on Saturday, November 9, for Penn State’s annual White Out game against Washington.
