Penn State Hoops Receives Four Votes In Latest AP Poll

Penn State men’s basketball received four votes in the latest AP Poll after a 4-0 start to the season.

The Nittany Lions haven’t been ranked in the poll since the 2020 season where they rose as high as No. 9 before the NCAA Tournament was canceled due to the pandemic.

The votes came after the Nittany Lions traveled to Baltimore on Friday and defeated Virginia Tech 86-64 as part of the Hall of Fame Series.

Along with Virginia Tech, Penn State defeated Binghamton, UMBC, and Saint Francis in the undefeated start to the 2024 season.

The Nittany Lions will return to the Bryce Jordan Center to take on Purdue Fort Wayne at 7 p.m. on Wednesday, November 20.
