Penn State Women’s Volleyball Remains At No. 4 In AVCA Poll

Penn State women’s volleyball stayed at No. 4 in the latest AVCA Poll released on Monday afternoon.

The Nittany Lions swept No. 8 Purdue on Thursday and beat Washington 3-1 on Senior Night at Rec Hall. Penn State now has a four-game win streak as it enters its final two games of the regular season. The Nittany Lions are 27-2 overall and 17-1 in Big Ten play.

Nebraska remains the only Big Ten foe ranked ahead of Penn State at No. 2. Both teams collide at Rec Hall on Friday, November 29, for what is shaping up to be a major showdown in the regular season finale. The Cornhuskers are 28-1 overall and 18-0 in Big Ten play.

Penn State travels east to Piscataway, New Jersey, to face Rutgers at 7 p.m. on Wednesday, November 27. The matchup serves as Penn State’s final away game of the regular season.
