Penn State Football Opens As 24.5-Point Favorites Against Maryland

The regular season is coming to an end, folks.

Penn State football will hold its last home game of the regular season on Saturday, November 30, when it takes on the Maryland Terrapins.

DraftKings once again has the Nittany Lions as 24.5-point favorites over Maryland combined with an over/under listed at 50 points. The money line for the game also reads -2800 for the Nittany Lions, making the Terrapins a +1300 underdog.

In the last 10 matchups between the two Big Ten teams, Penn State holds an 8-2 head-to-head record and a 7-3 record against the spread, according to OddsShark. The last time Maryland defeated Penn State was in 2020, marking only the second time in 62 years the Terrapins were victorious in the matchup.

The Nittany Lions are 5-6 against the spread and 3-7 against the over/under this season.

Pick Of The Week

Penn State over 36.5 total points at -130

In five of the last eight matchups against Maryland, the Nittany Lions have scored over 36 points in the contest, outscoring the Terrapins 331-84. Look for over Penn State point totals or Penn State margin of victory.
