Penn State Football Playoff Tickets To Go On Sale December 9

It’s time for December football in Happy Valley, folks.

Tickets for Penn State football’s home College Football Playoff game on Saturday, December 21, will go on sale to the general public at 2:30 p.m. on Monday, December 9, Penn State Athletics said in a release on Sunday.

The new ticket details became available after Penn State was ranked as the No. 6 seed and is officially set to take on No. 11 seed SMU in the first round of the playoff. The game will be the second official White Out of the season.

Before the public sale, Penn State football season ticket holders and Nittany Lion Club members can purchase tickets as part of a presale. The presale will begin at 10 a.m. on Monday and end at 2 p.m.

For the folks who requested tickets by the original November 22 deadline, cards have been charged and the tickets should now appear in the Penn State Account Manager.

While student tickets for the matchup are non-transferrable, the Onward State ticket exchange will be open for any further games if tickets are transferrable. The winner of the matchup at Beaver Stadium will move on to face Boise State in the Fiesta Bowl.
