Penn State Alumni Association to Celebrate 100 Days ‘Til Graduation

Graduating seniors can celebrate 100 Days ‘Til Graduation in May with the Penn State Alumni Association on Wednesday, January 29 from 12–3 p.m. at the Hintz Family Alumni Center.

The afternoon will feature free food, photo ops, giveaways, resources, and more. Attendees can also sign the official Class of 2025 banner and put a pin on the map to share where they are headed after graduation.

During the event, the Penn State Bookstore will bring merchandise for purchase and a selection of graduation gowns to try on for sizing; Jostens will be on hand with information about class rings; USI Insurance will share information about their discounts; and Alumni Career Services will offer resumé and LinkedIn reviews, networking opportunities, and more.

“We are excited to welcome the next class of alums to the Penn State Alumni Association,” said Daphne Mark, coordinator of student and young alumni programs for the Alumni Association. “Their longest relationship with Penn State begins after graduation, and this event celebrates their achievements and prepares them for the final semester ahead.”

The Alumni Association works with graduating students throughout their senior year to help prepare them for commencement and the next stage of their journey as Penn Staters. The 100 Days ‘Til Graduation event kicks off the semester, followed by monthly newsletters with helpful tips and benefits, then Senior Week, Senior Sendoff, and a December Grad Party. New graduates are also gifted a free year of membership in the Alumni Association, so they are able to take advantage of the benefits as they kick off their new chapter.
